I believe that combining customer insight, business logic and creative thinking creates sustainable competitive advantage. Working together is key: it ensures ownership and strengthens organisational capabilities.

My expertise includes growing service business, developing customer experience, sales activation, commercialising new services and transformation support. I also support companies through 4–6 month interim engagements, couple of days per week.

I am a strategic yet hands-on business developer. Over 20 years of experience in building commercial success across multiple industries provides a strong foundation for clarifying direction and commercialising services.

Growth is built when organisations turn their focus outward: towards customers’ current and future needs. Foresight is a way to envision the desired future and succeed in uncertainty. I have studied futures research and bring scenario thinking into our collaborations.

My background as VP, Marketing at Helen and Product Manager at KONE ensures a strong command of customer-centric development and commercialisation processes. I also undertake longer interim engagements, supporting companies with commercialisation, marketing and portfolio development.
